contenthero-brand is your context. It reads and edits your brand kit, reads your inspiration accounts and performance, and reads, searches, and grows your knowledge base. It is the grounding the other two skills build on.

What it does

  • Brand kit: read and edit the structured sections (positioning, audience, voice, visual identity, content strategy).
  • Knowledge base: semantic search, browse, read, and (the compounding value) add to it as you work, so future grounding is richer.
  • Inspiration: read tracked accounts, outliers, and your own brand-account performance, scoped to a brand kit.

The canonical first step

Grounding a workspace on a brand is the setup every other recipe assumes:
1

Resolve the brand

List your brand kits and make the right one active (the default, or ask).
2

Read the voice

Read the brand kit and summarize the tone and any banned words back in a line.
3

Cache it

Write the active brand kit id to .contenthero/context.md so the pipeline and generate skills pick it up without re-asking.

Growing the knowledge base

The knowledge base is most valuable when it grows. When you learn something, decide something, or share a resource, the skill offers to remember it (a note, a web page, a video transcript, or a document). It becomes semantically searchable, so future drafts and generations ground on it.

The hard line

Reads and summaries are free. Any write (an identity edit, a new section, a knowledge add or remove) is confirmed with you first. The skill never silently changes your brand document.
